Gaetan Pappalardo grew up on KISS, street hockey, and Transformers. He teaches third grade at Green-Fields School in West Deptford, N.J., is a fellow of the Pennsylvania Writing and Literature Project and blogs for Edutopia.org. He is the 2011-2012 Teacher of the Year for West Deptford School District. His first book is Louie Licks and the Wicked Snakes: Battleaxe.
